Every Lettright stands on the same dependable core - properties and tenancies, rent and arrears, compliance and safety, maintenance and repairs - and we add the modules your business actually runs on, branded as your own. It is in live daily use, not a mock-up: the modules page shows real screens from the platform doing the day's work.

Yes. The platform scales from a single landlord to a council-contract supported-housing operation, and it is sized to suit your business - never per tenant. There are two parts. A reasonable one-off setup fee covers building your Lettright - your modules, your brand, and your data migrated across from whatever you use today. Then a fair monthly price covers its day-to-day use, with hosting, updates and support all included. Add modules as you grow, or trim back when you do not need them.
Because every build is different, the price depends on the modules you need and the size of your operation. Four core modules come with every build: properties, tenancies and land; rent, arrears, costing and booking prices; compliance and safety; and maintenance and repairs. Multi-user working, on the go or in the office, is built in.
On top of that sit the modules, switched on and shaped to fit: contractor assignment, room-by-room letting, HMO licensing and compliance, council invoicing, placements and per-night occupancy, onboarding and welcome packs, a tenant portal, a documents and certificates store, staff roles and permissions, white-label branding, guest accommodation, and API and integrations built to order. Yes - that is what the council invoicing module is for. Pick a council and a period and Lettright builds the monthly invoice from live occupancy, pro-rated by the nights each placement was actually there, in the format your council already accepts. Standard properties and HMOs come out as separate invoices, each carrying its own number in your sequence, and vacated properties are still listed so nothing looks missing.
Placements are tracked night by night on an occupancy calendar, welcome packs can be filled in and signed on screen, and the portfolio can be grouped by the council that funds it. It is the whole Lettright platform with the council-billing parts switched on, not a cut-down product. Full detail is on the council and supported housing page.
Yes. The guest accommodation build puts bookings, guest bills and the day's arrivals on the same core. A live availability calendar covers every room and double-booking is impossible - the system simply will not allow it. Nightly rates can carry seasonal and weekend pricing, minimum stays and long-stay discounts, with a live itemised quote the moment you pick dates.
The front desk shows today's arrivals, departures and in-house guests, with one-tap check-in and a clear flag of what is still to pay. Confirmation and arrival emails are sent for you, the housekeeping list is ready every morning, and direct bookings can be taken from your own website. Rooms, pitches or pods - if it is bookable by the night it fits, right down to campsites and glamping.
Yes. Lettright is white-label from top to bottom: your name and logo sit on the screens your staff use and on every statement, letter and pack that reaches a tenant or landlord. Lettright stays behind the scenes, and your own branding remains yours (see our terms).
It can, as part of your build. Airbnb-style channel calendars (iCal), booking enquiries from your own website and exports for your accountant are the kind of thing we connect - if it works to an open standard, we can integrate it into your build. API and integrations are a module built to order, so tell us what you need to connect when we scope your Lettright. If you need a website, or an upgrade to your existing one to fit the software, we do that too.
Yes. Migrating your data across from whatever you use today is part of the one-off setup, so your Lettright arrives with your records already in it rather than as an empty system to fill.
Your data is hosted in the United Kingdom on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure, so it stays within UK data-protection law. Every connection is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, backups are encrypted with AES-256, and the platform is backed up automatically every hour with a full server image taken daily and held separately from the live server.
Each customer's data is fully separated - you only ever see your own. Administrator access to the server is by cryptographic key only, passwords are never stored in readable form, and two-factor authentication is available on every account. You do. You own the data you enter, including information about your tenants, landlords, applicants and properties. You are the data controller for that information and Azury Digital & Tech Solutions Ltd acts as your data processor, handling it only to provide the platform and on your instructions, under a data processing agreement. We never sell your data.
When your subscription ends, the data you control is deleted or returned in line with our agreement with you. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC188926. See our privacy policy and terms.
Unlimited staff logins, always - multi-user working is built in, whether your team is in the office or out on the go. With the staff roles and permissions module you build named roles and tick exactly what each may see and do; anything unticked is not just hidden, the server refuses it. The owner always keeps top-level control, and every action is recorded in the audit trail.
